Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer (Contract) with a strong background in game design or gamification. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and capable of designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces that incorporate principles from game mechanics to elevate user experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and prototype gamified user flows, interfaces, and interactive elements using Figma
* Translate product requirements into intuitive, game-like user experiences
* Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
* Implement UX best practices to create user journeys that are both functional and enjoyable
* Participate in user feedback sessions and iterate designs based on real-world insights

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing game-inspired or gamified product experiences
* Proficient in Figma and modern design tools
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
* Demonstrated experience with gamification strategies and behavioral engagement techniques
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous work on SaaS applications
* Familiarity with game mechanics such as rewards, levels, badges, streaks, and challenges
* Motion design or animation experience is a plus

Contract Details:

* Location: Remote
* Type: Contract (part-time or full-time)
* Duration: 2–3 months to start, with potential for extension
