Job Description: Marketing Executive

Work Location: New Delhi or Mumbai

Workplace: Work from Home / Remote work setup with Travel to Customer Offices

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to manage our sales and marketing efforts for Polymer Insulators focused on the renewable energy sector, especially targeting solar and wind energy project developers and EPC contractors. This role will be based in New Delhi or Mumbai, with a remote work setup and frequent travel for customer interactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven professional to work closely with BCPL’s executive leadership and contribute directly to our market expansion goals.

The main responsibilities would include:

1. Identify, approach and onboard new customers in renewable energy industry
2. Prepare and submit technical/commercial quotations for customer inquiries
3. Follow up with customers for negotiations and closure of orders
4. Coordinate product testing and compliance activities with clients
5. Support customer site visits and relationship-building efforts

Expected Qualifications and Qualities:

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute with solid academic credentials
2. 3–5 years of B2B sales/marketing experience in the renewable energy or power transmission products such as cables, insulators, substations, switchgear, electrical goods etc.
3. Strong professional network within solar/wind developers and EPC contractors
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
5. Proficiency in MS Office, email communications, and online tools
6. Highly self-motivated with strong accountability and time management abilities
7. Demonstrated ability of executing sales and marketing activities and meeting company objectives
