Job Description
We are seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to drive the optimization and automation of systems supporting customer acquisition and revenue operations. This cross-functional role integrates technical implementation, data-driven analysis, and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure an automated, scalable, and data-rich go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize GTM systems across CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and data workflows.
- Integrate real-time data from vendor systems, inventory, CRM, and analytics tools to create a unified customer view.
- Implement lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows to enable sales conversions and customer engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales funnel performance, providing insights that inform GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure platform capabilities align with customer journey stages.
- Automate repeatable processes using APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
- Manage the GTM tech stack, recommending tools, and driving operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Engineering, or GTM Engineering roles.
- Deep hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (Zapier, Workato, Segment, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Bonus: Experience with Python scripting or custom automation.
- Bonus: Knowledge of trade compliance, certifications, or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense).

- Excellent systems thinking, with the ability to connect customer journey stages across multiple departments.
- Strong communication skills, especially when collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
