Position: Visualizer / Graphic Designer

Department: Brand & PR

Job Responsibilities

• Transform concepts into compelling visual communication across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams from concept development to final execution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
• Design engaging marketing materials for digital campaigns, social media, print, branding, and corporate communication.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and modern advertising practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and high-quality print production.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• 4 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• 4-6 years’ experience in relevant field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of photography, image retouching, and pre-press production.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
