As one of the leading real estate companies of Bangladesh, we take pride in our code compliant designs and quality construction, and have built over 4365 apartments in Dhaka city in the last 38 years. We are currently expanding our business and are looking for qualified, sincere and hardworking individuals, who will be able to work in our highly professional, fast-paced and dynamic corporate culture.

Position: Visualizer / Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

* Transform concepts into compelling visual communication across multiple platforms.
* Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams from concept development to final execution.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
* Design engaging marketing materials for digital campaigns, social media, print, branding, and corporate communication.
* Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints.
* Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and modern advertising practices.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and high-quality print production.

 

Educational Requirements

* Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

* 4 to 6 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

* 4-6 years’ experience in relevant field
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
* Knowledge of photography, image retouching, and pre-press production.
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
* In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
