[Open to candidates based in Latin America, North America and/or Europe ONLY]
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Conversion-Focused UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer who lives and breathes high-performance digital design. You will own the visual experience across all customer-facing pages — from landing pages and checkout flows to A/B test variants and email visuals. You'll receive clear direction (competitor references, page structures we admire) and be expected to execute with speed, polish, and a conversion-first mindset.
What You'll Do
Audit and redesign all customer-facing pages (landing pages, checkout, product pages) to improve conversion rates.
Develop A/B test variants for key pages and work alongside the team to identify winning designs.
Replicate and adapt high-converting competitor structures into client's own brand style.
Design premium-quality graphics for web, email funnels, and digital ads (Meta, Google).
Produce email marketing templates that are visually consistent with the brand and optimized for engagement.
Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team — receive feedback, iterate fast, and deliver.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
Nice to Have
Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate with developers.
Experience designing for healthcare or regulated industries.
Background in designing sales funnels or direct-response marketing pages.
To succeed as a developer, I believe that the quality of your code and your personality are both important. This means not just meeting feature requirements, but also paying attention to the structure of the code. This kind of developer pays close attention to implementing best practices. Moreover, developers also need to give and receive objective feedback. This feedback isn't personal, but instead aimed at improving the team processes. Through trusting each other, we're able to grow as a team. My biggest area of growth as Front-end Lead at Arc has been in making technical decisions: identifying issues, discussing potential solutions, and analyzing the pros and cons of each option. Our team culture of deep discussion means we learn a lot from each other, and develop a thorough understanding of issues in both breadth and depth. The whole team is enabled to make both big and small decisions that impact different areas of the product. Because we use well-established processes to determine trade-offs, we’re able to make these decisions with confidence.
Future of Work and EdTech products move fast — and so do we. We like to experiment and test things, and we ship the MVP. We stay focused on building the stuff that matters.
Bring your whole self to work, and take projects from your initial idea to launch. Need help from another team? Just ask.
