Overview:

Our client, provides automated, cloud-based software for financial operations, seeks an accomplished WebFlow Front End Web Developer.

*** Location: San Jose, CA 95002 (100% Remote acceptable)

*** Duration: 12 months contract w/ possibility of extension

Notes:

• Work shift hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time. Willing to be flexible but need core hours of 10:00am – 03:00pm Pacific Time.
• Team size: Working directly with a team of 2 Web Producers, 3 SEO Specialists and 1 AB Testing guy.
• Special software or skills: WebFlow experience would be nice but is not a deal breaker, what we really want is someone who is easy to work with who has empathy for our internal and external users.
• Needs excellent communication skills, organizational skills and must be easy to work with and flexible.
• Must be a true people person. Culture is important on the team.

Description:

• Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with expertise in WebFlow to join web marketing team.
• This role is integral to ensuring our website is not only visually appealing but also functional, scalable, accessible, and aligned with our brand identity.
• You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to implement A/B testing results, improve web accessibility, and create scalable, responsive, and repeatable design systems.
• WebFlow Development: Build, maintain, and optimize web pages using WebFlow, ensuring they align with design specifications and performance goals.
• Responsive Design: Develop and optimize web experiences for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
• A/B Testing Implementation: Work with the marketing and analytics teams to integrate A/B testing results into the website, iterating on designs based on performance metrics.
• Web Accessibility: Ensure all web pages meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), providing an inclusive experience for all users.
• Scalable Web Design Systems: Collaborate with the production team to create and implement scalable, reusable design components that align with our branding and UX guidelines.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience through best practices in front-end development.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of web pages to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in WebFlow.
• Must haves: Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), CMS, creating responsive web design, HTML, Figma, manage code scalability, web accessibility.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience implementing A/B testing results into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and experience creating accessible web solutions.
• Ability to create scalable, reusable design components and implement web design systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for collaborating with design teams.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice to haves):

• Webftow development.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with CMS integrations and third-party tools.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
