Finance Program Manager (Risk Capital - P&C)

Position: Program Manager for Risk Capital

Location: Remote %

Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire-Full-Time)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm
• Subject matter expertise in Commercial Risk, including knowledge of P&C (Property and Casualty), Specialty Lines, or industry-specific risk solutions
• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, from Risk Analytics, broking, underwriting, and placement to service delivery, cash cycle management and claims resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Has led transformation and strategy initiatives, more than likely coming from a management consulting background, and then moved into the insurance industry.
