Position: Program Manager for Risk Capital

Location: Remote %

Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire-Full-Time)

 

Qualifications:

* Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm
* Subject matter expertise in Commercial Risk, including knowledge of P&C (Property and Casualty), Specialty Lines, or industry-specific risk solutions
* Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, from Risk Analytics, broking, underwriting, and placement to service delivery, cash cycle management and claims resolution
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Required Skills

* There is a big emphasis on risk capital and commercial risk experience. It is essential that they have an understanding the end-to-end commercial risk insurance value chain, and proficiency in financial concepts like CapEx and OpEx.
* Has led transformation and strategy initiatives, more than likely coming from a management consulting background, and then moved into the insurance industry.
* Experience working in or with global insurance brokers or carriers
