About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on B2B marketing content & campaign producer who creates work that converts. You’ll work directly with the CEO to script, edit, and publish high-performing short-form videos, build and optimize Instantly (or similar) outbound campaigns, and continuously test to generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline. This is not a strategy-only or management role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Content Production (≈50%)
- Edit and publish short-form videos using Descript, Canva, etc.—always tied to specific lead goals.
- Write hooks/scripts and post weekly to LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok; track engagement → lead conversion.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) daily to ideate, draft, and optimize scripts, posts, and offers for conversion.
Campaign Execution (≈50%)

Build, run, and optimize cold email/outbound campaigns in Instantly (or Outreach.io/Apollo).

Create sequences; A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs; improve open/reply/meeting rates.

Launch and track campaigns in HubSpot; integrate outbound with other initiatives.

Bonus: Use Clay (or similar) to build/enrich hyper-targeted prospect lists and run micro-campaigns to specific decision-makers.
Reporting & Optimization
- Report weekly on leads generated, CPL, reply/meeting rates, and conversion to pipeline.
- Test creative, messaging, and offers to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to keep weekly content/campaigns on schedule and aligned to lead-gen KPIs.

- You prefer managing/strategizing over producing.
- You haven’t edited video or posted to LinkedIn/TikTok in the last year.
- You’re uncomfortable using AI tools and marketing automation hands-on.
- You don’t want accountability to specific lead-generation targets.
Must-Have Qualifications (Screening)
- Personally edited short-form videos in the last 12 months.
- Personally created and managed cold-email campaigns in Instantly (or Outreach.io/Apollo) in the last 12 months.
- Personally used Descript (or similar) in the last 12 months.
- Personally run and reported on HubSpot campaigns in the last 12 months.
- Direct responsibility for meeting lead-generation KPIs in the past 12 months.
- Strong B2B marketing experience with measurable results.
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) and Canva.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Clay/Apollo (or similar) to build/enrich hyper-targeted lists and run micro-campaigns.
- Experience running/optimizing LinkedIn paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with the mortgage, banking, or fintech industry.
