Director, Growth Marketing & Client Strategy

What You’ll Do
- Shape and lead performance marketing programs in digital health, wellness, and healthcare innovation - designing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes in awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Own strategy and execution across influencer marketing, sponsored content, digital partnerships, and AI/LLM-optimized content programs.
- Act as senior client partner, providing strategic counsel, guiding campaign development, and ensuring delivery excellence that builds trust and expands scope.
- Advance AI/LLM integration in content strategy and marketing, ensuring campaigns are discoverable, trusted, and future-proofed for AI-driven search and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate across internal practices to launch integrated campaigns that blend creative storytelling with analytics-driven targeting.
- Contribute to business growth by developing proposals, thought leadership, and scalable frameworks that strengthen the firm’s market position.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of client-facing growth campaigns across multiple GTM models (B2B2E, B2B2M, B2B2P, B2P, B2C).
- Serve as senior point of contact for client accounts, ensuring excellence in service, communication, and campaign execution.
- Partner with analytics to translate performance data into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations.
- Manage vendor and influencer relationships to maintain high standards for quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish best practices in influencer and digital content marketing, ensuring regulatory compliance and brand alignment.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and platform changes, bringing forward innovative ideas that keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Ensure efficient team resourcing, campaign delivery, and process excellence across accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or media, ideally within healthcare or health tech. Agency experience preferred.
- Proven expertise leading influencer, creator, and/or sponsored content programs in regulated industries.
- Experience with content marketing strategy; bonus if it relates to AI-driven marketing and LLM-based optimization for search, personalization, and discoverability.
- Strong client leadership skills with a record of managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Skilled in team leadership, mentoring, and building repeatable processes.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with executive-level presence.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
