The company specializes in feasibility studies, minerals processing, engineering, and project management for mine owners worldwide. As part of its ongoing digital transformation, DRA Global is undertaking a full redesign of its corporate website to enhance user experience and improve content management efficiency.
Project Overview
DRA Global seeks a highly skilled WordPress Full-Stack Developer to lead the website redesign project, transitioning from Embraco to a more user-friendly and scalable WordPress platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with DRA Global’s internal stakeholders, including the marketing team and an in-house graphic designer, to create a seamless, visually appealing, and highly functional website.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-stack website development: Build and implement a new WordPress-based website from the ground up.
- UI/UX design input: Collaborate on the website’s user interface and experience to improve navigation and accessibility.
- Backend development: Develop a user-friendly content management system (CMS) that enables the marketing team to efficiently update content.
- Information architecture & sitemap: Structure the website to optimize content organization and accessibility.
- Performance optimization: Ensure fast loading speeds and mobile responsiveness.
- SEO best practices: While not mandatory, experience in SEO optimization will be a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in WordPress full-stack development (both front-end and back-end).
- Strong UI/UX knowledge to contribute to design improvements.
- Expertise in custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Ability to create a user-friendly backend tailored for non-technical users.
- Experience in information architecture and content structuring.
- Familiarity with SEO principles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the internal marketing team and stakeholders.
