WordPress & WooCommerce Specialist - PT Freelance - Americas/Europe

Required Expertise:

WordPress & WooCommerce
o 3–5+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
o Proven experience with WooCommerce and multi-vendor setups.
o Strong understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, REST API, and plugin
architecture.

Backend & API Design
o Experience defining API contracts and integration boundaries.
o Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (JWT, token-based auth).
o Understanding of multi-tenant or multi-vendor data isolation.

Technical Stack
o PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL
o Debugging plugin/theme conflicts in production environments.
o Hands-on experience deploying and managing WordPress on Pressable,
including:
o Environment setup (staging / production)
o Performance tuning and caching
o Domain, SSL, and DNS configuration
o Deployment workflows and rollbacks

Performance & SEO
o Practical experience optimizing WordPress performance.
o Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.

Professional Standards
o Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
o Strong communication and documentation skills.
o Outcome-driven, not task-driven.

 Marketplace or platform-scale WooCommerce deployments
 Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, regional gateways)
