Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to support one of our clients in a unique and strategic capacity. This role involves representing the client in technical interviews and assisting in securing and managing multiple employment opportunities on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the client in technical interviews, effectively communicating their experience, skills, and project background.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in software engineering principles, system design, and modern development practices.
• Accurately articulate the client’s professional experience across various technologies and domains.
• Participate in coding assessments, technical discussions, and system design interviews as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while acting as a representative.
• Assist in coordinating and managing multiple interview processes and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Proven experience with system design, scalable architectures, and modern development frameworks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Prior experience in technical interviewing (as interviewer or candidate) is highly preferred.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
