Finiti is building the AI-native compliance OS for regulated businesses. We help public companies and law firms draft, verify, and benchmark SEC filings in minutes instead of weeks. Our system connects directly to financial statements, board materials, and historical filings to produce audit-ready disclosure with full provenance and defensibility.
We’re backed by top angels, work with AmLaw 100 firms and listed companies, and are moving fast. If you want to build one of the hardest vertical AI products in the market — this is it.
You’ll own the entire front-end for our SEC filing automation platform. This means taking complex legal workflows and turning them into something fast, simple, and magical.
You will:
• Build core UI for drafting, validation, benchmarking, and audit-trail views
• Implement component systems that support agentic workflows and multi-persona reasoning
• Design interfaces that help users understand where every number or sentence came from
• Integrate with our Azure/OpenAI and internal agent pipelines
• Work closely with CEO, Head of AI, and engineers to ship production versions fast
• Shape the product from zero to one and define our design standards
You’ll architect the entire user experience of an AI-driven, lawyer-facing product that has no existing playbook.
We’re looking for someone who likes building from scratch and doesn’t need hand-holding.
You likely:
• Have 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack engineering
• Ship fast and independently
• Care about clean UX, clarity, and performance
• Can translate vague workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Have strong React/Next.js/TypeScript fundamentals
• Are comfortable with real-time data, long-context outputs, and complex forms
• Want to work on a small founding team where your work matters
Bonus: Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI interfaces, legal/finance tools, or Microsoft 365 add-ins.
This is a rare chance to build category-defining infrastructure in a huge, underserved market.
• Massive problem space ($2B+ SEC compliance market alone)
• You get to design the core UX of a new type of AI-native law firm
• Work with a team from Stanford, DeepMind/Meta, AWS/SRI, and AmLaw CTO backgrounds
• Move fast, own large pieces of the product, and ship to real customers
• Competitive compensation
• Velocity
• Clear thinking and communication
• High standards
• Curiosity and ownership
• Engineers who want to solve important problems
