We are seeking a skilled, autonomous, and commercially minded Amazon E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our clients’ Amazon accounts end-to-end.
This role is a mix of strategic advisory and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate does not just maintain accounts but actively drives growth, safeguards brand integrity, and acts as a trusted partner for our clients.
Core Contract Terms
Role: Amazon E-commerce Specialist (PPC, Account & Listing Management)
Engagement: 20–25 hours per week (with a strong view to a long-term partnership)
Location: 100% Remote
Working Hours: Flexible, but requires some structural overlap with Danish working hours (CET) for communication and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate’s workday will be a dynamic mix of analysis and execution, structured around four core pillars:
1. Visibility & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- The specialist ensures our clients' products achieve maximum organic visibility by staying ahead of the algorithm and competition.
- Conducting in-depth keyword research to target high-volume and high-intent search terms.
- Executing technical SEO optimization of product titles, bullet points, and backend search terms.
- Mapping out search trends to proactively capture shifting market demands.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Content Strategy
- Getting the click is only half the battle; the specialist must ensure the traffic converts into revenue.
- Optimizing product descriptions and A+ Content to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborating on visual assets (images and video) to ensure they drive sales and reflect brand quality.
- Running continuous A/B testing on listings to improve "Buy Box" performance and Click-Through Rates (CTR).
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and well-structured product catalog.
3. Advisory & Performance Analysis
- We treat our clients' brands as if they were our own. We value direct, data-driven advice over vanity metrics.
- Analyzing performance data (PPC, organic growth, margins) to unlock new expansion potentials.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for international expansion and strategic catalog growth.
- Providing clear, actionable recommendations based on data—doing only what makes genuine business sense.
4. Account Health & Compliance Management
- Amazon is governed by strict, ever-changing rules. Maintaining an unblemished account health score is critical.
- Monitoring Account Health: Keeping a close eye on performance metrics to stay safely within Amazon’s thresholds.
- Handling Compliance Cases: Proactively resolving listing suppressions, intellectual property (IP) claims, or documentation requests.
- Brand Protection: Swiftly addressing unauthorized "hijackers" and policy violations to protect brand integrity.
- Risk Mitigation: Staying updated on marketplace policies to ensure accounts remain fully compliant and operational 24/7.
Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to translate complex Amazon data into clear business insights for clients.
