Business Analyst in the Apparel/Product Industry

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the apparel or product industry. The ideal candidate will excel at working cross-functionally across various technical levels, contributing to the enhancement and optimization of processes within our operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes and systems in the apparel sector. Main focus on omnichannel busines/system processes.
• Utilize your expertise in ERP, WMS, PIM, PLM, Shopify, Retail, 3PL, and EDI to support business objectives and drive efficiency.
• Conduct thorough interviews to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Communicate effectively in English to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the apparel or product industry.
• Strong proficiency with ERP, WMS, PIM, PLM, Shopify, 3PL, and EDI systems.
• Exceptional interview and documentation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with additional e-commerce platforms and tools relevant to the apparel industry.
• ERP migration experience
