React Native Engineer - Part-time - LATAM, NA, Europe (Overlap with US hours)

About the Role

You will be joining a startup building a mobile app that is a subscription-based reader for audiobooks and ebooks. The app is launching in February. As a React Native Engineer, you will help take work off the plate of the technical co-founder by fixing bugs, improving the codebase, and implementing features like analytics and author profile management.

Responsibilities:

• Fix bugs and improve the existing React Native codebase
• Implement features like post-hog analytics and author profile management
• Work closely with the technical co-founder to understand requirements and priorities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience building mobile apps with React Native
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and React Native
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus:

• Familiarity with digital rights management (DRM) concepts
• Experience with Expo and Supabase is a plus
