Role Overview

Join us as a Mid-level React Developer and collaborate on exciting projects where you'll build efficient, clean, and smart solutions. You'll work directly with me to address real-world challenges for existing businesses. This role is ideal for a self-driven developer who can take initiative and deliver results without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance React frontends, ensuring they are not over-engineered.
• Integrate with Neon DB and Drizzle ORM to optimize application functionality.
• Take full ownership of features from conception to deployment, avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth.
• Work asynchronously from home, with the flexibility to join calls when necessary.
• Contribute to shaping a modern, efficient tech stack.
• Address and solve real-world problems for established businesses.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience with React, with a strong understanding of hooks and higher-order components.
• Proficiency in using Tailwind CSS to create clean, user-friendly interfaces.
• Comfortable working with databases and ORMs, with Drizzle experience being a plus, but Prisma or TypeORM are also acceptable.
• Familiarity with Git and modern hosting platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
• A self-starter mentality, capable of identifying and resolving problems independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in shipping personal projects or collaborating with a founder in previous roles.
