About the Role

We’re seeking a Part-Time Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our early-stage team as a contractor (10–20 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with the founder and make meaningful contributions to the product from day one. You’ll architect scalable systems, build full-stack features, and collaborate on the direction of a platform that’s redefining the future of real estate tech.

Required Skills

• Full-Stack Engineering Experience: 3+ years of hands-on development experience with modern web technologies
• Frontend: Proficiency with React and TypeScript for interactive UIs; familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks
• Backend: Strong Python skills; experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Architecture & Scale: Experience building scalable systems and optimizing for performance across large data sets
• Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP; comfort with CI/CD, containers, or serverless frameworks (e.g., Vercel, Supabase)
• AI-Enabled Development: Comfortable using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor to improve productivity and quality
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate technical ideas clearly in a remote team environment
• Startup Mentality: Proactive, resourceful, and energized by new challenges; able to work independently and pivot quickly

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Supabase, BigQuery, or Vercel
• Background in fintech or real estate technology
• Familiarity with data analytics or BI tools
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech initiatives
• Understanding of investment KPIs or financial modeling in a tech context
