Odia is a modern travel management platform transforming how Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) operate. Built by travel industry insiders, our SaaS product unifies trip planning, booking workflows, supplier management, and traveler profiles into a seamless, intelligent system. As we expand our product into V2, we're integrating AI agents that learn from user behavior to automate repetitive tasks and enhance decision-making—creating a more efficient, human-in-the-loop workflow.

We’re a lean, fast-moving team backed by real customers and bootstrapped with revenue. Our mission is to simplify and scale B2B travel management through thoughtful design and cutting-edge technology.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React, and Supabase to help us complete and launch V2 of our SaaS platform. You'll work directly with our co-founder and founding engineer to deliver high-impact features, polish the UI, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

The project is ~80% complete, and your role will be critical in bringing it to production by mid-September. If you thrive in autonomous, async-first environments and enjoy experimenting with AI-assisted coding workflows, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a high-leverage product from the inside out.

Required Skills

• Deep experience with Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript
• Strong command of Supabase features: Auth, SQL, and Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Solid understanding of API integration and data flows in modern SaaS apps
• Ability to build and ship polished, production-quality UIs
• Comfortable working in an async, remote-first team environment
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience evaluating, reviewing, and improving AI-generated code

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Vercel AI SDK and/or Mastra AI
• Prior exposure to AI agent design or human-in-the-loop workflows
• Familiarity with Expo/React Native (for future mobile versions)
• Experience in early-stage SaaS companies or bootstrapped environments
• Strong product sense and attention to user experience and design
