Front End Developer (B2B SaaS/AI) - Full-time - Worldwide

About the Role

React dev with excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Excellent
knowledge of React, and at least one common styling framework such as Tailwind, MUI, etc.

Excellent knowledge of Graphql is ideal, but if they can demonstrate good working knowledge of
API implementations that’s fine. Ultimately they must be able to implement beautiful UIs based
on potentially incomplete designs from UIUX/business users.

Pragmatism will win in this role, the speed of MVP delivery is critical, and as such they will need
to be able to walk the line between good-enough and perfect. An ability to understand the
business they are working with, and the point in that business journey that we are at will be a
huge win.

Short Description: Build dynamic, interactive interfaces for graph baseddata, persona
coaching, and real-time negotiation playback. Integrate GraphQL APIs with beautiful,
responsive UI components for demo and production.

Specialties: TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, Vite, Apollo Client, real-time UIs, LLM prompt
feedback UIs.

Primary Responsibilities

● Owns the front end
○ Develops, manages and maintains front end platform, taking complete responsibility for code quality, and application functionality
○ Leads development for front end activities, working with business and UI/UX to mould designs based on what is achievable to deliver, yet still meets business objectives.
○ Works with backend developers to spec and design APIs
○ Works with business stake holders and UI/UX to balance speed of development vs ideal delivery and functionality
● Manages front end infrastructure
○ Builds CI/CD pipeline
○ Writes infrastructure as code templates as required to deploy and manage infrastructure effectively
○ Implements monitoring and metric gathering to ensure platform functions as expected
