Engagement Model: Full-time equivalent (approximately 160 hours per month), with work performed during standard business hours (CET +/- 2 hours overlap required). We do not micro-manage; trust is placed in the developer to complete work within agreed hours.
About FIFA - Global Football Development Division:
The Global Football Development Division at FIFA is building a bespoke, interactive digital platform to serve our 211 national football associations (Member Associations). This secure, two-directional platform will facilitate secure information sharing with key technical personnel (e.g., Technical Directors, Heads of Coach Education, Heads of High Performance) within our Member Associations. It will also serve as a divisional CRM, house a course management platform for educational activity registration, and provide data overviews via Power BI and HTML-based pages.
Our goal is to create a simple, elegant, and efficient platform experience that empowers our Member Associations and streamlines critical development processes.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Power Pages & Frontend Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our new platform, which is built on Power Pages with a Dataverse backend. This role requires a strong focus on web development within the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience for our global football development stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement user-facing features and enhancements for our bespoke Power Pages platform.
- Integrate and optimize HTML-based pages with Power BI dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Develop interactive forms and surveys for Member Associations to securely share information with FIFA.
- Contribute to the development of the platform's course management and divisional CRM functionalities.
- Ensure the platform's design and functionality are simple, elegant, and highly efficient, aligning with the needs of a professional, ultra-high net worth-leaning audience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including business stakeholders and other Power Platform specialists.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of the platform.
- Potentially contribute to audience building strategies, understanding how technical implementation impacts user engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Pages. This is a critical requirement; candidates with only Power BI or Power Apps experience will not be considered unless they demonstrate significant, direct Power Pages expertise.
- 4+ years of comprehensive Front-End Web Development experience with strong competencies in:

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, professional web solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
