About the Role:

As a Founding Backend Engineer at Za-zu, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of outbound technology. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and a small, passionate team to design, develop, and launch features that redefine how outbound campaigns are created and executed.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with other members of the team to define the scope and scale of software projects.
• Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop user interfaces.
• Develop solutions that are mindful of the end user experience.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Write technical documents.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency.
• Critically think about foundational areas of the Za-zu application.
• Develop and maintain internal software tools.
• Review and provide feedback on contributions from other members of the engineering team.
