Flutter fullstack developer - Part-time - EU

About the project

We're preparing to launch our mobile app publicly in September/October 2025 and are seeking a talented mid-level developer to join us in enhancing our MVP and delivering a smooth user experience.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a mid-level Flutter/Node.js Developer to join our small but passionate team on a part-time basis. You'll work closely with our experienced CTO to improve and extend our MVP and contribute to the product’s readiness for a public launch. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, long-term engagement with the potential for a full-time role post-fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and add new features to our Flutter-based mobile app
• Work on the backend built in Node.js and deployed on AWS
• Collaborate with the CTO on architectural decisions and feature implementation
• Ensure app performance, reliability, and deployment readiness for both iOS and Android app stores
• Participate in weekly updates and reviews through Arc’s managed system

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional development experience
• Proven experience with Flutter and Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS and deploying backend services
• Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
• Good communication skills; ability to participate in technical discussions with a senior CTO
• Located in Europe (preferred), with bonus points for Spanish fluency

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with sustainability or traceability technologies
• Familiarity with Agile or lean startup methodologies
• UI/UX sensibility for customer-facing applications
