We are a performance-focused growth marketing agency working with 5–7 clients across paid media and SEO. Our current team is at capacity, and we’re looking to bring in a reliable, mid-level freelancer to support paid media execution and ad trafficking operations.
About the role
We’re hiring a mid-level Ad Specialist (Ad Trafficker) with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major channels. This role will play a key part in campaign setup, ad trafficking, QA, and execution across multiple client accounts.
You’ll work closely with the existing marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and with the correct performance tracking in place.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and launch campaigns across: Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Google Ads (Nice to have)
- Populate ad sheets, trafficking docs, and naming conventions.
- Implement UTM parameters and tracking links.
- Support ongoing campaign optimizations and reporting as needed.
- Coordinate closely with internal team members to ensure timely launches.
- Maintain organized execution workflows across multiple accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years hands-on experience in paid social + Google Ads.
- Proven ability to build and QA campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of tracking parameters, UTMs, and platform setup.
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
