About
My name is Yura, and I am a Product Designer with a solid technical background.
With more than 5 years in design, I had a chance to work with small start-ups and big enterprises building AI, Enterprise applications, Fintech, Web3, Complex Systems, B2B and B2C digital products.
In 2021 I founded my own start-up Cryfi. I experienced the start-ups journey from the idea to working product and user acquisition. Since bootstrapping takes time, I’m looking to share my product building experience with other start-ups and companies through my design prism.
Work Experience
Cryfi is a marketplace where pro traders can monetise their knowledge right from Telegram, and newbies can earn & learn from blockchain-verified traders.
- Bootstrapped platform from idea → launch: designed website, product, pitch-deck, tokenomics, marketing materials.
- Cryfi launched in April 2024: +23,000 App activations, +11,000 signals sent through the App & API.
- Raised $22,000.
- Token launched May 2025 — $1.2M peak market cap, with a $2,5K investment.
- Closed partnerships with KuCoin (TOP 10 crypto exchange in the world), Analog, UXLINK, Mizar, WOW EARN, Truth Network, Crypto Arsenal and others.
Lead Designer | NEOM – smart-city in Saudi Arabia
- Led end-to-end Design System architecture to support multi-vendor, multi-app urban-mobility experiences at smart-city scale.
- Built a modular component library to ensure consistency, reuse, and rapid delivery across product teams.
- Ran on-site stakeholder workshops and usability testing in Saudi Arabia; validated concepts, secured buy-in, and moved the initiative from concept to funded MVP.
- Managed and mentored designers (worked within a team of 1 Lead & 3 Middles; directly managed 3 Middles; team later expanded by +2 for MVP delivery); instituted design QA and critique cadence.
- Established a nature-inspired visual language aligned with NEOM brand, balancing futuristic aesthetics with high legibility for operational UIs.
Senior UX/UI Designer | SPOK – Clinical communication
- Modernized enterprise UX/UI, consolidating fragmented patterns into a cohesive design system for critical clinical communications.
- Ran UX audits, heuristic evaluations, and workflow mapping to reduce cognitive load and streamline high-frequency tasks for clinicians.
- Built a Design System in Figma; defined naming conventions and documentation to speed designer → developer handoff and multi-team reuse.
- Worked within a 13-member cross-functional team to deliver an incremental, low-risk modernization without disrupting clinical operations.
- Outcomes: faster feature delivery, reduced communication delays, and +30% new license sales, attributed to modernization and improved usability.
