I spent 7 years at an S&P 500 company helping develop a project management resource for infrastructure deployment.  After going back out on my own, I've built a similar development database that fills in the gaps left by limitations in those systems, and tracks my business from initial customer handshake, through CRM, sales, projects, development targets, billable milestones, action items, every single interaction, relative project documents and datapoints, project contacts, purchase orders, payables and receivables, employee time management, as a backbone for customer-bookmarked live project views, and as the backbone for several data processing applications / tools we use back-end / in house.  Everything includes roll-ups, calendar integrations, blocks functions, page layouts, etc... We've developed our tool over 4 years.  We now outsource project controls as a service.
