I fell in love with Javascript the day I first used it to create small animations for a website in an era where everyone used flash to achieve the same result.
I've been using it ever since, either for progressive enhancement or for building huge but lightning fast SPAs.

I started working with AngularJS and thought it's quite handy, but then Angular 2 was released at it blew my mind. The careful design of the framework allows working in a system that is fast, robust, future-proof and easy to maintain. It is my #1 choice for building dashboards and complex webapps.

I've built several hundred websites, startet working with HTML before the 4.0 specs were first published in 1997, and developed my skills as the standard evolved.

I started using React as a substitute for Angular and really enjoyed creating complex user experiences with so little effort, and even though it's not my primary choice for web applications, it definitely is for native crossplatform mobile apps.

For me, jQuery is the way to go when a website needs small enhancements or lightweight custom plugins. It's a well-thought cross-browser lib, I use it for almost every website I build.
