I began using Ruby as I was teaching myself Rails. I have a deep love and respect for Ruby, and a significant amount of experience teaching it to beginners.

I've been using Rails since the 1.x days, and I've worked on a number of high-profile, high-traffic sites. I taught Rails to beginners professionally at a local coding school, and I help organize our local RailsGirls meet-ups, so I'm particularly adept at helping beginners with common pitfalls.

I started using CoffeeScript shortly after it was released, and I love it. It makes crafting beautiful, expressive, and maintainable JavaScript apps much simpler.

I began my git journey shortly before GitHub launched. I was responsible for moving one of the largest Open Source Ruby projects from SVN over to git.

I'm currently the Sr. UI Architect for Metasploit, the world's foremost Open Source penetration testing framework

I've built composable user interfaces for large corporations with globally distributed engineering teams using Backbone and Marionette.

My company is a conversational interface agency. I'm the creator of Hg, a Rails-based conversational interface framework.
