My first few years were on PCs, then the next 25 years were on IBM AS/400s (iSeries), and since then I've been using Ruby on Rails (on Linux). I have designed and built many systems, and built many additions for existing systems. I've worked at many companies, mostly big ones, in many industries, although I currently work at a small startup.
