I am a software developer in business and scientific areas, including user
requirement analysis, with more than 30 years experience. I am also a functional specialist for ERP systems, a trainer and a researcher in Computer Science (I have a PhD in C.S.).
I am presently interested mainly in AI - machine learning projects, because my experience tells me that huge data are there, continuously collected in day by day operations. But, for most companies, they just stay there, like oil fields that nobody cares to drill. I already had a look to the field decades ago, but the technology was not yet ready. Now the time has come: data can be used, even just at the moment when they are created!
