Angular is the most beautiful thing in JavaScript right now. It makes creating projects simple and easy. I work with Angular every day for more than 8 hours and I love it! The way you have data interact with two-way-data binding and how easy it is to structure you MVC project with it make it one of the best frameworks I have worked with and a delight to work with.

I have over a year of experience in JavaScript in real-world projects. I have worked on projects with big teams and small teams. I currently work as a JavaScript Engineer and deal with JS code all day and can't love it more. JavaScript in my opinion is the best language for creating scalable products.

In the company I currently work for we use CoffeeScript. CoffeeScript is a much more beautiful and clean way of writing JavaScript. You don't have to worry about initializing variables or missing semicolons. You will write less code and achieve your goals quicker using CoffeeScript than plain JavaScript.

I am trained to be a full stack web developer and that includes using Node.js as the backend for every project I work on. Being able to use the same language (JavaScript) for the frontend and the backend allows for a quicker and more powerful workflow when working on big, scalable projects.

MongoDB is a document-based database that is made to work fast and scale easily. MongoDB is the current DB that is used at my current company and it's use of json/bson objects make it easy to learn since Objects are one of the 7 data types defined in JavaScript.

jQuery was the king for creating websites not long ago, jQuery is a required skill you need when starting your journey as a web developer since it teaches you about API calls, asynchronicity and dynamic content that is the core of any single page application you want to develop.

HTML is the skeleton of every website and as a JavaScript engineer you have to deal with HTML and CSS every day.

Any company you work at will have VCS (Version Control System) to keep track of every single line of code and will allow to undo changes quick an easy in case of an emergency. Every web developer should know the in and out of how github works and be able to use it in case something breaks during the development of your project. You want to know everything from branches to stashing and everything in between.
