- Led engineering from seed stage to Series B.
- Wrote v1 of several products including: a dashboard, a warehouse management app, a mini e- commerce platform, various delivery partner integrations and sales channel integrations.
- Migrated infrastructure from heroku to GCP, enabling rolling deployment, auto scaling, auto healing and industry standard monitoring. Platform uptime has been 99.99+% since.
- Built an eng team of 15 engineers across 3 teams. Reached out and interviewed 200+ candidates, closing amazing senior, staff, and principle level engineers from Google, Palantir, Apple, Tesla and Salesforce.
- Owned overall engineering roadmap and system architecture
