Experienced with Ruby on Rails development including MVC patterns, database design, RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization.  Strong believer in the value of test driven development, with experience in RSpec, Capybara, VCR, and other testing tools.   

Been developing with Ruby for 3+ years.  I enjoy the language's clear and expressive syntax.  Experienced with using Ruby for both Gem development, as well as web development in a variety of contexts.
