Summary
I am a passionate software engineer with six year experience and some few months. I have worked on challenging task and has great experience in system engineer, web app developments, system administration and mobile app development.
Had the chance to work on an open source projects during the COVID 19 pandemic called SORMAS for Germany, Ghana, Nigeria and Madagascar, worked on an application programming interface(API) to be consumed by the Ghana Ministry of health. Worked on a single sign on implementation using Keycloak to allow users authenticate on a single app and still have access to the other apps, and have also had the chance to develop mobile apps.
My main stacks are Java, Spring boot, Groovy, Grails, for web app, Flutter (For mobile app development), Postgres, Tomcat, Hibernate.
Work Experience
Make necessary modifications to SORMAS as requested by Ghana Ministry of health. SORMAS is a Surveillance, Outbreak Response Management and Analysis System design from Germany as an open-source project.
Write PSQL functions to generate analytical reports of COVID19 cases and other related issues and integrate these functions into the application to help the client better produce an accurate report. Design system architecture for upcoming application to make sure the size of data is not affected in anyway.
Work on a Rotary application for data collection, manage and publish this mobile application to google play store and Apple app store with the name Rotary Eye.
Review and analyze code changes to make sure it meet required standards on the SORMAS projects for either international merges or pull requests on GitHub
