I am a BI Developer/administrator who supports Broadridge Client located in New York.

• I am Responsible for providing Technical Support on legacy applications with system upgrades, documentation, QA Testing, enhancements.

• Providing administration and implementation support for various projects in BO 4.1 including Business Objects Web Intelligence (Webi), Universe Design.

• Responsible for Server patching which happens every month for all environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)

• Support crystal report releases for different application teams.

• Support the Offshore development team on a day-to-day basis with their reports or dashboards.

• Collaborate with various Stakeholders to gather Business Requirements, standard reporting, analytics design, and business planning.

• Involved in the conversion project to migrate all the existing Crystal reports to tableau or Jaspersoft. The reports to convert are around 350.

• Extract Data from different data sources to perform Business Requirements related reporting to ensure the data integrity. Identify trends and patterns from complex data sets and interpret in easy-to-understand narrative by creating metrics, design and develop Dashboard using BI tools such as Tableau and other presentations tools.

• Keep availability of BO Web applications CMC, BI Launchpad, and other applications.

• Managing user permissions to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data.

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Tableau systems. This includes installing new software updates, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, etc.

Designed, analyzed, developed, and implemented various applications using BI tools such as Power BI, TABLEAU, SAP BO, Crystal reporting, TIBCO Jaspersoft. Identified opportunities to automate manual data pulls.

• Worked on TIBCO Jaspersoft implementation Project. The vendor for CA PPM tool changed Business Objects tools to Jaspersoft. Converted custom crystal reports to Jaspersoftreports.

• Analyzed BI needs, interpreted business user requirements and translated them into Power BI and Tableau reports.

• Developed new Power BI reports for Project Managers and Resource managers based on the business requirements.

• Provided continuous development and maintenance for the existing and new Power BI reports. • Developed custom database views, functions and custom Oracle SQL as a data source for the current team as per the business requirement.Used TOAD development tool for SQL development.

• Converted existing SAP BO Reports to tableau dashboards.

• Managed multiple Tableau Upgrade Projectsincluding TABLEAU upgrade (Tableau Server 2019.4, Tableau Desktop Upgrade 2019.4, TABLEAU Server 2020.3, Tableau desktop Upgrade 2020.3) and testing of all the tableau dashboardsrelated to IT Portfolio Analytics.
