I have over 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies and open-source solutions (such as LAMP stacks, WordPress, OpenCart, and more). I have developed my software skills primarily by doing research by my own. I do enjoy learning new technologies, always open to discover new improvements and optimising existing features to raise them to a new level.
As a systems engineer, I have vast knowledge of many technologies, such as PHP, Python, Node.JS, HTML+CSS, and JS. I'm used to keep fluid and friendly communication.

Worked on the implementation of the involve.ai platform - an integrated dashboard to early detect churn risk and upsell opportunities with AI (GPT3 models and qualitative data analysis) on a multi-tenant environment. The stack is a React front end with a serverless API (Python + AWS orchestration). Data pipelines and normalization processes include ETL tools, data lakes and warehousing, ML models execution and a final roll out strategy based on segments. Worked also on assuring company values, team accountability, work culture, coaching and mentoring. Responsible for vendor relationships, SOC2 and GDPR compliance, security and budgeting.
