Software classes in college were mostly java oriented. During internship and then full-time job upon graduation I used grails (a flavor of java) on the back-end of a web app to implement a RESTful api for the app to interact with domain models in the database.

Full-time since graduation has been a full stack position. We use Javascript, more specifically, the AngularJS framework (1.5 is the latest we have used), to render our web app. I am familiar with angular components, syntax, and best practices for promises/resolves in the JS realm. 

Our mobile-app is written entirely using the ReactNative framework by another engineer and myself. We take advantage of native phone features and multiple Github libraries for various features/components within our app. I am familiar with react components, layout, flow, and the redux design methodology for updating state and views.
