I'm a Brazilian Product Designer with a postgrad in User Experience and certified by Nielsen Norman Group, who loves crafting user-centric solutions that drive business success.

I started my career back in 2008 as a front-end developer and designer, and that helped me develop skills that I use to better understand, communicate and work with developers by designing interfaces that are feasible and optimized for development.

A few years later, I felt the need for gathering more information about the users and behaviors, and started working as a UX/UI designer, empathizing with users needs, prototyping and testing the ideas generated by the discovery.

The AL5 Bank Mobile App Redesign was all about making the app work better for its main users—farmers and agribusiness owners. The goal was to give the app a complete refresh, making it easier to use, more intuitive, and better suited to their specific financial needs.
