Work Experience
As a technical leader on the Consumer Experience team my role is to propagate product and engineering best practices throughout the organization. The CX team ensures the Disney+ and Watch ESPN+ experience across web, mobile and TV devices is flawless, from content creation, curation to consumer delivery.
- Direct and control the activities of engineers and managers that are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing functionality for multiple sites, products, and programs
- Conduct ongoing assessment of engineering needs and deploy sufficient resources to meet agreed upon objectives, schedules, and budgets at the highest levels of quality and service
- Work closely with executives, spanning strategy, technology, and operations disciplines to assess organizational capabilities and summarize the recommendations and actions required

As a technical leader on the Last Mile team, I drive product engineering best practices and lead software development for automotive-based geospatial solutions that enhance last-mile delivery. Our globally connected fleet integrates IoT (sensors, wearables, robotics), real-time data (video, telematics, location), and ML algorithms to optimize speed and efficiency.
I work cross-functionally with hardware, science, and product teams, balancing priorities and overcoming challenges to ensure seamless implementation. With a strong technical background, I contribute at every stage of the product lifecycle, building high-quality solutions with minimal guidance.
