MVP timeline was 4 months, Production-readiness was 4 months after that. The platform has been running with zero downtime since initial deployment. ~180K active LOC on handover. The platform now underpins critical business and sales functions and integrates with internal reporting and accounting tooling.

• Worked directly with C-level stakeholders to deliver pragmatic technical solutions, phased milestones, and delivery priorities.
• Led discovery sessions, standups, feature walkthroughs, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produced UI/UX mockups, technical specifications, deployment runbooks, and internal technical documentation.
• Designed the application architecture, domain model, and workflow/state logic across 25+ modules and services and operational tooling.
• Designed, implemented, and evolved the SQL schema; managed production-safe database migrations and release changes.
• Performed data-analysis on financial resources to validate integrity and health of the system.
• Built secure enterprise authentication and authorization, tenant-aware SSO, and granular RBAC controls.
• Implemented backend business workflows, REST APIs, financial validation, accounting software integrations, Blob Storage, CSV import/export, templated PDF generation, and Excel reporting.
• Developed a responsive hybrid frontend focused on usability for sales and ops users and visibility for managers.
• Implemented observability and operational tooling, scheduled jobs, health scans, diagnostics, and internal notification capabilities.
• Established CI/CD and local developer tooling, load testing, and automated build/validation workflows.
• Wrote tests and release tooling to improve deployment confidence.
