As Sr. Product Designer at Swvl, I was working on big new ideas that will redefine the core Swvl experiences, I was responsible for defining the scope of problems, and strategy, finding inspiring new solutions, and working with different stakeholders across functional teams.

- Own design process from beginning to end from defining problems, and initial concept whiteboard ideation to pixel-perfect.

- Work with product managers to define requirements, not just translate them to design through an iterative approach and move quickly from idea to validation.

- Create end-to-end user flows low and high-fidelity prototypes to solve difficult UX problems for MVP solutions and experiments.

- Run A/B test experiment and analyzing the data to understand how it impacts users and the business

- Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

- Run design sprint workshops to build team alignment on Problems, validating solutions

- Sharing knowledge with other members of our growing design team.

This case study focused on optimizing the product page for Amazon by addressing issues such as poor accessibility, overwhelming data, and a lack of user control. As a UX lead, I played a vital role in identifying these problems and developing several design iterations to enhance the user experience. My recommendations included: — Improving product visibility discoverability, and appeal. — Prioritizing user control and minimizing cognitive load. — Improve the user experience. — Increasing the conversion rates. — Enhancing the aesthetic and minimalist design. — Increase user satisfaction. By implementing these changes, we’ll be able to achieve better product focus and navigation, leading to a more user-friendly and enjoyable experience for Amazon customers.
