With over 5 years of experience in data engineering and cloud computing, I am passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions that leverage the power of data and AI. I am currently a DevOps Cloud Engineer at Schwarz Global Services Barcelona, where I work with a diverse and talented team to design, implement, and maintain cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, CI/CD, MS Azure, Python, and Golang.
In my previous role as an Apigee Solutions Engineer at Webhelp, I supported Apigee Edge and Apigee X/Hybrid customers by creating solutions to their issues, communicating with the product engineering teams, and documenting best practices. I also trained junior and enterprise level engineers on the Google Cloud Platform, covering products such as BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow, AutoML, Vision AI, and more.
I have developed strong skills in API management, data analytics, machine learning, and customer service, which I leverage to deliver high-quality results.
Work Experience
Automating boring things in Python and creating Kubernetes operators in golang with Kubebuilder framework.
• Assisted Google customers with issues they might encounter with Apigee Edge for Public/Private Cloud and Apigee X/Hybrid.
• Created solutions to issues Google customers might have with all the versions of Apigee (Apigee Edge, Apigee Private Edge, Apigee X, Apigee Hybrid), from installation, internal issues and educating them for various things that are not reported in the documentation.
• Communicated with the Google engineering teams the issues of our customers in order to provide fast resolution for the problem at hand, by opening internal bugs.
• Writed internal documentation for features of Apigee that isn’t documented yet so that the Google documentation team can update the public documentations for the benefit of the Apigee customers.
• Tech skills developed: core Linux networking skills, REST APIs, Proxy Servers, authentication methods, XML, containers, Kubernetes, Golang.
• Soft skills developed: time management, excellent spoken and written communication, cooperation within a team, training junior team members.
