Work Experience
Providing technical leadership for a team of 10 developers in Power BI and Snowflake on migration of data warehouse from SAP HANA to Snowflake. Leading multiple projects on the platform migration. Travelled to the customer base in the US and Japan for training on using Power BI datasets and Power Query. Built Data Refresh Tool which does on demand datasets refresh based on Power BI and Snowflake last refresh time. Migrated Excel VBA tools from HANA to Snowflake.
Designed and developed several dashboards using SAP HANA/Snowflake and Power BI. Built a dashboard for Critical tool Parts Management (CPM) for the Operations team. Built high performing dashboards for multiple divisions in KLA that had huge volumes of data and variety of data sources. Built Analytics Center of Excellence SharePoint site. Wrote blogs and monthly newsletters on new features, tips & tricks in Power BI. Engaged directly with the users through Yammer helping/guiding them in their Power platform experience. Built Power BI and Excel solutions for the Sales team that dealt with snapshots of data with high data volume.
