I worked as a Wordpress software engineer responsible for creating a new custom theme with new components using Elementor PRO. With that new theme I as responsible for developing and delivering quickly new modern and beautiful websites for our costomers, based on a design and client’s requirements.

Full stack software engineer

I worked on Wordpress/PHP multisite projects with WooCommerce. Worked on 5 different websites maintenance, developing new features, custom Gutenberg blocks, and fixing bugs of custom themes and plugins.

I worked in this company for 14 years. I started as a software developer junior and evolved into full, then senior, team leader, project manager and finaly software factory manager, responsible for managing Vitória’s office and projects. I had several concurrent projects and technologies, having to understand the scope and functional requirements with client meetings, configurating Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console for each website/platform, generating project estimates, schedules, doing status reports calls, leading small development teams using agile methodologies, hiring and interviewing new resources if needed, from time to time I used to do a one-on-one meeting with my team members to give and receive feedbacks and talk about motivations and the future. I also managed the applications go live, dealing with devOps and coordinating with the infrastructure team. For some projects I also worked as a full stack developer and devOps, as described below.

Software factory manager

<ul><li>Supervia: I worked maintaining Supervia&#x27;s &quot;Next Train&quot; algorithm in PHP. Before that, I had never worked with PHP. I had to study and understand in other to work with this maintenance. After that, I worked as a project manager, systems analyst, and software development for projects in WordPress, PHP:</li><li>IBP Portal and UnIBP: Project to create the Institutional portal along with 4 other internal portals and the IBP University (UnIBP) website displaying the courses portifolio, all in Wordpress/PHP. I also worked as a full stack developer, creating custom themes and plugins.</li><li>Match &amp; Matters platform for Deloitte: Project to create a B2B social media platform to match sustentability challenges/ problems in Wordpress/PHP. I also worked as a full stack developer, creating custom themes and plugins.</li><li>Globo Filmes: I worked on the website maintenance, managing the project and leading a team of 1 person.</li></ul>

Demands from Vale were passed to us, we analyzed them functionally and passed them on to an Accenture development team in Manila, Philippines. For that, we had daily meetings with them in English.
