* Pre-Sales: Delivering project proposals to prospective clients. This process usually involves coming up with the scope, architecture, pricing proposals, product demos and delivery estimates for client projects.

* Support: Providing support on ConsenSys Products such that clients make the best use of the product features and also ensuring that customers get onboarded to the new features added to products.
* Architecture: Consulting with internal project/product teams and providing design, architecture, development and support services.
* Training: Providing classroom-based training to customers on ConsenSys Products as well as custom training content such as onboarding into the Web3 world, Blockchain development, Advanced Smart Contracts, Private Blockchains and Transactions etc.

I was involved in migrating TruCare, an "industry-leader" HealthCare application to a more modern technology-stack. The Application contains several modules that include but are not limited to: CaseManagement, DiseaseManagement, UtilizationManagement/Appeals, WellnessManagement and QualityReporting and Analytics. Its configuration capabilities enable rapid alignment of the system to current CareManagement needs and efficient evolution of the solution configuration over time.
Technology used includes Angular 10, NX Mono-Repos, StateManagement (Ngrx), NodeJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, Jenkins CI/CD, Swagger, Scrum, Jira, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (EKS, ECR), Microservices, WebSockets, Karma, Jasmine, Cypress.
Responsibilities: Interacting with Business and other Stakeholders in defining requirements, architecting the application, coding, mentoring developers. Containerizing the App using Docker, and orchestrating the Containers in a Kubernetes environment on AWS-EKS Clusters. Setting up CI/CD pipelines. Developing the framework for the Front-end. Creating a Microservice based apps for fringe Addons to the main Application
