I've started my JS journey many years ago with jQuery. After exploring the vanilla side of things I started to explore how to manipulate the DOM more efficiently.

Big reactivity fan, specifically with VueJS.

Javascript started taking over the world and I'm happy that I can have a single language stack from back to front.

I've worked on Node apps since it was still in version 0.x.

Node is a truly amazing framework, enabling not only performant web apps, but also the highly scalability of APIs.

I've designed and developed dozens of APIs, before in Python and now in Node. It's non-blocking architecture allows for a much more flexible and easily scalable backend.

Python was probably my earliest serious approach on programming with "serious" languages.

I started by working on small web projects and saw the opportunity to extend to larger projects both on web and desktop using libraries such as GTK.

For all my developer career I've used databases, small and big.
From web, to desktop, to mobile, I've worked with a good amount of different databases.

MySQL was usually my main choice for bigger web/desktop projects. On mobile SQLite is the default.
Few years ago I've found RethinkDB a really interesting project just asking me use it on a project. And finally I did use it on a medium-big scale project. I love it!
