Back in 2000 I first heard of usability testing.
I could see huge potential for making technology work for people beautifully and yet many were creating websites that their customers couldn't use.
20 years later, I have traveled the world and worked in multiple sectors, helping clients identify usability "showstoppers", understand their customers' language, and smooth the edges of a product so that anyone can use it, always keeping the business goals and the user's context in mind. I have also helped businesses map out the story for their product and focus on what matters.
