I've got a depth of experience in the financial arena, helping to build an asset manager from scratch, and working in a low latency environment (less than 100 microseconds per request) prior to that. I've done lots of pair programming, and otherwise helping other developers learn and solve problems. I've also taught Clojure at the functional programming meetup in New Zealand.
